Fried tofu, fried polenta, fried chickpeas. 85% of the items were fried, and the dessert was so sweet you could barely eat it. Mushrooms on a skewer + mushroom risotto. Every bite was tasteless, under seasoned, and all very similar. I didn't go in with any preconceived idea's, but to embrace the wonders of good food, eating with your hands if needed, smelling, tasting and having a great time. I am absolutely not opposed to plant based food items. I didn't know the menu was plant based (obviously that is part of the experience). I relayed to the restaurant that this was such a wonderful and exciting concept, but please step up your food game. The staff were very happy, nice and helpful, but what came from the kitchen was completely unacceptable for the price. Well, the lunch eventually costed $150 ( I don't mind paying that for good food and service). We were so excited to not only try this concept and palliative experience, but have a lovely lunch while visiting Las Vegas. I am a chef and the person I was with was a vintner.
